    • We require proof of purchase, such as the order confirmation or receipt.

    • Provide your order details and reason for the return.
    • Our team will guide you through the return process and provide a return authorization if eligible.
    • Please package the item carefully to prevent any damage during transit.
    • Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Our customer support team will provide the shipping address, which may be the nearest company warehouse or office.
  3. Return Shipping:
    • The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for the safe delivery of the returned item.
  4. Refund or Exchange:
