The product is very made and the handle is big enough for small to medium hands without pinching if used two handed. It was a also a great price for its versatility. You can easily vary the weight and not worry about what ever you use to fill it leaking out. I also like the fact that if it hits me it won’t be an unforgiving steel object.

I have a cast iron kettlebell, adjustable kettlebell and a medium sandbag. Since I had leftover sand I figured I would get a kettlebell like this one.

This has an inner bag with roll up Velcro. The outer bag has Velcro strips for additional closure. The material is heavy duty material. It has a nice plastic grip for better control than nylon grips.

The motion of the kettlebell sandbag is very similar to an iron version. Although the material is lightweight and portable I do not see myself emptying the bag to travel with it. However that is an option if you’re traveling on a plane and hanging out at the beach.

I’m very pleased since many sandbag kettlebells don’t hold as much weight. This was a good middle price point for me. Having a bag in a bag is useful to prevent a mess of sand and dust.
