I ordered the strongest resistance (200lbs), since I can already close a 300lb CoC gripper. This is impossible to squeeze. Ordering the 100lb ring to get some grip work on the go.

If you are wondering about buying these do it. I have a few sets of regular hand grippers and these do not hurt the hands like the others. These are also quite so I can use them while at work in the office. I can close the 120 multiple times but the 150 is another level. Pictured is 200 and I can barely move it. Awesome customer service as well. Quick response and overly helpful.
