Thought it wouldn’t be that tough…

I ordered the strongest resistance (200lbs), since I can already close a 300lb CoC gripper. This is impossible to squeeze. Ordering the 100lb ring to get some grip work on the go.

Awesome grippers If you are wondering about buying these do it. I have a few sets of regular hand grippers and these do not hurt the hands like the others. These are also quite so I can use them while at work in the office. I can close the 120 multiple times but the 150 is another level. Pictured is 200 and I can barely move it. Does the job well — challenging squeeze

I got the red 100lb ring. I am a 5-foot-11, 200-lb male weightlifter with medium-small hands for my size, and this is a challenging squeeze for me. I have only had it for 2 days, but I might not ever grow out of it. It might be a bit small for you if you have large hands.

EVEN RESISTANCE RANGE
Bought three different resistances and use all of them in sequence, two sets. First set is regular hand/forearm benefit grip, second to isolate fingers. These are durable and good for travel, plus don’t roll away like stress balls do. Don’t squeak like mechanical grip exercisers and provides more consistent resistance throughout the motion range.

I have a cast iron kettlebell, adjustable kettlebell and a medium sandbag. Since I had leftover sand I figured I would get a kettlebell like this one.

This has an inner bag with roll up Velcro. The outer bag has Velcro strips for additional closure. The material is heavy duty material. It has a nice plastic grip for better control than nylon grips.

The motion of the kettlebell sandbag is very similar to an iron version. Although the material is lightweight and portable I do not see myself emptying the bag to travel with it. However that is an option if you’re traveling on a plane and hanging out at the beach.

I’m very pleased since many sandbag kettlebells don’t hold as much weight. This was a good middle price point for me. Having a bag in a bag is useful to prevent a mess of sand and dust.
